青豆(四季豆)150-170克

(Green beans 150-170 g)

熟米饭 4满杯

(Cooked rice 4 full cups)

猪肉末150克

(Minced pork 150 g)

鸡蛋2个

(2 eggs)

盐1/4茶匙

(Salt 1/4 teaspoon)

料酒1汤匙

(Cooking wine 1 tablespoon)

酱油3汤匙

(Soy sauce 3 tablespoons)

菜油2汤匙

(Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons)

1、首先 把青豆(四季豆) 切成细颗粒。

2、再把熟的米饭放在一个大碗里 往表面加2个鸡蛋 用手把米饭和鸡蛋拌匀。这一步便是你能做出英俊炒饭秘密。

3、现在把不粘锅烧热,放入菜油,先把切好的青豆 放入翻炒,加一点盐,把青豆炒熟为止 中央能够加一点点的水帮助豆子更快熟透。

4、把炒好的豆子取出来一边备用。

5、异常的炒锅,用厨房纸把锅底擦清洁,加入一点的油 放入猪肉末150克 你能够用别的肉末。记得要用很小的火力来炒肉 这样肉末才不会结成块而分不开。 把肉末炒至发白 加入一点料酒 去腥,这时候把火开到中偏高火,放入拌好蛋液的米饭一起炒。

6、炒至米饭颗粒明显 表面有些干,即可放入酱油 。如果你爱好颜色更深味道更重 能够多放酱油。

7、翻炒平均后 再把炒好的青豆混入 即可以够吃啦

The first thing everyone thinks of when mentioning Chinese food is fried rice. They're so many variations that even I can't count how many I've had. Today my mom will be making her secret recipe for a delicious & beautiful homemade fried rice

First dice up the green beans into little bits

Place the cooked rice in a large bowl and add in 2 raw eggs, mix with your hands until each grain of rice is coated evenly. this is the secret to achieving glistening fried rice

Heat a non stick pan and add in some vegetable oil. add in the diced green beans bits and stir fry. season with a bit of salt and cook until the beans are fully cooked. feel free to add a bit of water to help it cook faster

Set the beans aside.

Using the same pan, wipe it clean with some kitchen paper towel and add in a bit more oil. then add in the minced pork. you can use any other type of meat as well. stir fry on low heat so that they don't clump together, once they start turning white, add in with a bit of cooking wine for flavour. now turn the heat up to medium high and add in the rice from earlier.

The rice should be slightly dry with each grain just separated, add in the soy sauce. how much you add depends completely on your own taste.

Incorporate in the cooked green beans and this delicious main dish is done
